The Shenandoah Valley Vocal Institute (SVVI) is a vocal program created to inspire singers of all ages to sing with their whole voice and provide the environment that enables each singer to use their voice to their utmost potential.  We seek to inspire a passion within each singer, not only to cultivate their voices, but to open their minds and spirits. SVVI seeks to challenge singers as a group to be able to sing music at a high level. This program is designed for ages high school and beyond.

 

At Shenandoah Valley Vocal Institute, we will focus on using the choral repertoire to enhance the singer's vocal technique. We will have group vocal technique warm-up sessions as well as full choir rehearsals throughout the week intensive program. During the SVVI week, we will be singing songs of Broadway. We are grateful to First Baptist Church, Waynesboro, Virginia for hosting this event. We hope to see you there!
